FULLY-EDIBLE ART

Quigley’s Cakes began in 2013. Owner Sandra Quigley is an artist and sculptor who has found her medium in cake. She takes no greater joy than in creating a sculpted, 3D edible piece of art, from lion heads to Viking ships. She also bakes for fellow sci-fi and fantasy fans at many conventions within a four-hour radius of Schenectady, NY.

Her business is dedicated to the art of bringing imagination to edible life. Her passion for creation and her love of people culminated in her greatest joy - creating an edible centerpiece for the most joyous ​days in her clients’ lives.
